At Salomon, I shaped the visual and color identity of the footwear collections, creating harmonies that embody the brand's signature balance between performance and sporty style. From innovation to color direction, from creative research to industrialization, I orchestrated the synergy between aesthetics and functionality across the Trail, Outdoor, and Road Running ranges.
Defining trends, anticipating developments, and designing impactful palettes—my vision translated into the creation of trendbooks, the development of forward-looking materials, and the rigorous application of concepts through to production. Each approved shade was part of a strong color coherence, driven by powerful storytelling to assert an innovative and distinctive brand identity.
At the same time, I led the transition to digital and the integration of 3D tools, while also managing the entire Road Running collection for CMF over two seasons, collaborating closely with marketing and merchandising to refine commercial strategies.
With more than 300 colors marketed between 2022 and 2024, this approach reinforced the visual and sensory impact of the collections, affirming color as a key lever of desirability and differentiation.
